Sudbury & District Citizens Advice is an independent local charity that gives wide ranging, free, confidential one to one advice. No matter who you are or what the problem is we are here to help you. 76% of our clients told us that without us they would have nowhere else to go for help and one client summed it up by telling us:
“Thank you for everything you have done. I have my life back . . .”
Our 45 skilled and trained volunteers enable us to keep our costs low, and we are very grateful to both Suffolk County Council and Babergh District Council whose annual grants provide around 65% of the money we need. However, each year we need to raise an additional £55,000 to keep going.
You can support us by making a donation:
£10 will provide a telephone advice session
£38 will provide a one to one, face to face advice session
£70 will provide 12 months’ ongoing training for one of our existing 45 volunteers to ensure they can continue to give up to date advice
£1,650 will fully train a newly recruited volunteer
